Is this total crap? Martin J. Sounds like it. I've now seen relevant posting in uk.railway and it is all about couplings and motor not handling cold very well. Is that really a feasible excuse? I mean, there are other places in the world where it gets a lot colder than in London, yet EMU-class trains there continue running without a problem.
