Default Stansted Express / Tottenham Hale

Greetings.

According to the Stansted Express page at
https://www.stanstedexpress.com/content.asp?SID={CCDA2073-5A28-4758-8F69-1AEA696C18ED}&pageid=52,
"All Stansted Express services call at Tottenham Hale". Tottenham Hale is
also shown as an intermediate stop on the NXEA printed timetables.

However, Tottenham Hale is never listed on the departure boards for
Stansted Express at Liverpool Street Station. All the other stops are
listed; only Tottenham Hale is absent. Furthermore much of the station
staff has absolutely no idea that the train stops there. (Usually the
staff on the departure platform know about it, but the employees at the
information desk have no clue, referring instead to the incorrect
information on the main departure board.)

Why does the station seemingly go out of its way to obscure the fact that
this train stops at Tottenhame Hale when this information is readily
available on the Stansted Express website and in their printed timetable?

Regards,
Tristan
