Default Ticket Gates - Enfield Town (NXEA)

Some progress has been made and they are now getting ready to install gates
at Enfield Town.

I wonder how much of the time they will have to be locked open and out of
use due to a lack of staff!

That's interesting. I am surprised they hadn't installed them there
before now given it's a prime station.

Well that is, of course, a different question!

Actually so am I. We have revenu/police doing manual checks once in a while
but that's about it (It also causes chaos and can take 5 min to exit the
station)

I noticed a few weeks ago that they where due to start with the removal of
the old metal gates and ticket machine. Not noticed if the machine is back
yet, or where it's going to/is now standing.

I didn't pay much attention when I went through today other than they have
the wooden gates up in place at last.
Looked like 1 'big' gate (Which all the kids will love as 5 can get through
at once anyway) and maybe 5 of the normal sized gates. This will cause
problems of an evening I suspect. (Unless there left open anyway)

I'll have another look when I'm back through there in the week and try and
get a photo if I remember.
