Default Commuting in london research project and WIN £5 Amazon Vouchers

University College London is conducting research into commuting behaviour

We are looking for people to help our Research Project by completing a very short survey we are carrying out.

This study will be comparing commuters’ activities between the morning and evening commutes, and exploring how travel time is being used by commuters in London.

Participants are required to be:
Aged 18+
Use London Transport on a regular basis to commute to a place of work/study.

Also participants will be given a chance to win one of six £5 Amazon vouchers.

Survey can be found he

Thanks

It seems only London Underground and London Overground and not other
rail or bus etc.

Smells to me like a 3rd year project, although no harm in that - it's
good they extend their audience beyond fellow UCL students.

As such it is quite likely to still have a limited universe to study.

Well how would one go about trying to find a larger universe with limited
resources?

(AIH some school/college local to my, well as of today, not my current place
of work wanted to undertake a commuting to work survey and somehow managed
to get the company involved in giving out their forms. But as this is the
largest private employer in the town the results are likely to be at least a
bit statistically random. I doubt that someone could find a central London
employer who employs 10% of the total local workforce)

With difficulty.

It's good that they are trying to.

I was just approached on a platform by a student who asked me to fill
out a survey, with the possibility of winning £20 for an Oyster card.

And yes we are working with limited resources to get the widest market that we can.
The person offering £20 Oyster cards were not part of this study, maybe another university.

Thanks again
