I assume there is a good reason for splitting the blockade
in two instead of just continuing the first until the entire
job has been done? This on again/off again train service is
highly irritating.

I've just walked along Leyton High Road at the point where
GOBLIN crosses overhead. I was very pleased to see wires
being hung. It seems this time Network Rail really will get
the job done.
