I've not seen any reference to this, so apologies if it's been posted
already. The box at the bottom of Procter Street at the junction with High Holborn was this evening being reduced in size - paint burners were being used. The size was increased earlier in the year and has been the subject of much controversy with drivers, as it's impossible to get from one side to the other before the lights at the end change, nett result is a glut of £100 fines to Camden Council.
