Default CTRL Kings Cross

Anyone know what the concrete box like structure between Copenhagen
and Gasworks Tunnels alongside the CTRL is?

I suspect it is an Electrical substation or something similar. Can't
be a Signalling Centre as CTRL is to be fully controlled from Ashford
IECC.
