Oh dear, for some reason, I now have "Julian Cope is dead" by Bill
Drummond stuck in my head..

Now I've got "Bela Lugosi's Dead" by someone (The Cure?) going round and
round.

Now *i*'ve got 'Ed Is Dead', by the Pixies.

Oh, and Drummond lyrics in my randomly-selected sig!

If we're doing dead music, hunt Rachmaninov's "The Isle of the Dead", 's
good stuff. Yet to find an empy-free of it, buggrit.

I have an Annual Bus Pass which is due to expire soon, with a small
amount of PrePay for my casual Underground use. I also had an Incomplete
Journey, which 4 trips to Underground ticket offices failed to resolve,
so I had my Oyster Card replaced as 'Failed' yesterday.

There is also an intriguing problem with the PrePay on both the old and
the new cards:-

I am being charged SFP (£0.00) for my Underground trips!

When you renew your Annual Bus Pass, why not suggest that they create a
completely new account for you.

Sorry for being thick but by SFP, do you mean that you've been charged
paper-ticket rate instead of the lower Oyster rate?

SFP is the Sheddies' Favourite Price ie NOTHING (an in joke with
uk.rec.sheds) I did specify £0.00 to clarify!

I can't see what your original post has to do with sheds. It appears
that nothing helpful has emanated from the cross-post either.
(£0.00) appears on the POD when a TC on Oyster has expired but the
system allows you to travel on zero pre-pay for one journey.

uk.rec.sheds is a somewhat eclectic group of individuals with whom I
post and socialise. Its denizens claim to be averse to spending money.

Matter of opinion, really. This thread has become rather more humourous
and lengthy in the Shed.

I have never had a TC as such on this Oyster Card. As stated, I have an
Annual Bus Pass which is still in date but will expire soon.

Meanwhile, back in the Shed...

Means they've given her free trips. I'd personally just tell them,
perhaps by post, once every few munfs. If they CBA to charge you, I don't
think you CBA to bend over backwards to make them correct their
inadvertent generosity.

Not true! Sheddie's Favourite Price is when they pay you to take it
away. Free is S2°FP.

And how often does that happen to *you*?

Hardly ever - but it's nice when it does.
