Default Circle shuttle, between where and where?

"A limited service is running for the first time on the last Tube line
still affected by the 7 July attacks - exactly four weeks on.

"A shuttle service will run on the Circle Line every 20 minutes between
0700 BST and 0900 BST and 1600 BST and 1815 BST on Thursday.

The tfl site merely says there have been some Circle line service
restored, but gives no details about the end points of the shuttle.
