Stratford. Easier for the Chelmsford, but Jubilee and Waterloo for the
Bracknell.

OK for now, but be prepared to move on before 2012.

Why? Do you think prices will peak just before 2012, then fall?

No, but it will be hell living there, and travelling to and from there,
during the Olympics.

The Olympics will only last for 3 weeks - if you don't want to
be near it then it would be a great time for a holiday, but
surely not a reason to move house.Obviously if you're close
to the construction traffic then the problem might be longer
term, but that would be a reason to get out now, not in 2012
when all the hassle's over.

They are only on for two weeks. Every sensible local resident will rent
their house out and take a holiday. No need to move away!
