Default Depot Exposion

On Sky news, one driver said he didn't know what to do, and further
commented as having worked at the site for 6 months. Are the drivers
visiting the site provided training on evacuation procedures?

What evacuation procedure could cope with an explosion on this scale?
Perhaps all the designated escape routes were blocked by fire and/or
collapsed buildings. We should be more concerned with what caused the
explosions.
