Define 'worst'?

Ugliest? Smelliest? Most vandalised? Poorest service? Most
inaccessible to people with children in buggies? Hardest to pronounce?

Ugliest: Wembley Central.
Smelliest: Wembley Central.
Most vandalised? Wembley Central.
Inaccessible? Wembley Central.

And the most frightening. I've only used it once (I posted to utl
about the experience). It still frightens me to think about it.

That would be all of the ones that are underground on the
Met/Hammersmith Lines. They are dirty and depressing places to wait for
trains.

I like Baker Street......

One of the best I heard of was "Keyapsiddy". Although it's
a street name rather than a station.

Okay, I'm probably being dense but I give up. What is it?
:-))

Cheapside.

You forgot "to work at" for which I'd like to nominate Arnos Grove (EB) on a
cold, wet, just on the edge of sleet November Friday evening at about 18:30
when the job's up the wall and the SDM at Earls Court has just decided in
his (or her) infinite wisdom to short-trip 3 Cocks on the spin then
erroneously pulled off the WB starter for the one that's supposed to go to
through and has to take a release, shutting us down for another 2
minutes...Oh the laughs and jolly badinage we have with the punters;-)

Cheers, Steve.
The opinions & veiws expressed in this post (probably) do not refect those
of my employer

Laced-up boots and corduroys?

Oi! That's my joke!

That explains why it wasn't as funny as my usual jokes!

A man's vehicle is a symbol of his manhood.
That's why my vehicle's the Piccadilly Line -
It's the size of a county and it comes every two and a half minutes

On a Jubilee Line train at Canning Town, a Japanese gentleman asked a member
of LU staff for "Dogoranda". It was only when the member of staff pointed
upwards that I understood.

So which do you reckon is the hardest to pronounce?

For people whose first language is not English, the one with

GHTSBR
in the middle of its name.

Naah.

Gotta be
Leicester Square (Ly-cester Square) or
Maida Vale (Maddyah Valet)

Plaistow and Theydon Bois catch out quite a few of the locals - let
alone tourists.

If Plaistow is 'Plarstow' why isn't Paisley 'Parsley'?
