Default Bogus police cars

I know the police abuse their sirens in the same way, but for a civilian car
to do it is a bit of a give away that they've probably got some sort of
adaptor kit off the internet, prsumably from a similar sort of place as
those who flog those digital odometer fiddler devices. Or are Halfords
selling them too???

I doubt Halfords sell them, but I'm sure there are a few people doing
it. With little chance of spotting a real traffic cop, there's not much
chance of being caught!!
