Default What was this in Baker Street?

I assume they're old ticket booths. In which case, how come they're halfway
down a tunnel, and what's behind them now?


They're clearly not disused advertising frames, not at that height and
size.

Aren't they just ex-windows on the west end footbridge over Circle Line
platforms 5 & 6?
