Default route 283

the bus route 283 stops at the wetlands or barns pond shoud it not be a 283a
for one of these stops. Also if qpr are at home it dosnt go down the
uxbrigde rd shoud that be the 283b

The thing is that it only ever goes to either the Wetlands Centre *or*
Barnes Pond. If buses alternated between the two, there might be a case
for an "A" suffix (although these have been phased out now, so it would
be a different number). The same applies to match days - there aren't
buses going both ways, it's a temporary diversion for all of them.
