I'm wondering if anyone has advice on appealing a congestion charge fine.. I waited until 6pm until entering the zone, making sure I went in a few minutes after the news started on Radio 4. I then got a letter saying I'd entered at 5.57, which is plailnly impossible. I didn't get the letter until the fine had gone up to £100. Any advice on appealing this.. or is this just money that's going to go to Ken's latest Socialist escapade. You are limiting who will give you advice with your politics. Why not read the section on appeals? |
