Do I take it that London Overground are responsible for the entire station
including platforms 5 & 6. Southern say not them, I assume that it isn't
London Midland as none ot their trains stop there. So the lack of Oyster
readers on 5 & 6 is down to TfL.

London _Underground_ have responsibility for Wembley Central, they have all
of the stations served by both Bakerloo line & LO, except for Willesden
Junction. Presume simply because there are more Bakerloo than LO trains...

The National Rail site lists London Underground (Tfl) as the station
management company.

Interesting, as it used to be a Silverlink station, so one would have
thought it'd go over to LO.

Stations from Queens Park to Harrow and Wealdstone but excluding
Willesden Junction all transferred to LU operation on 11/11/07. There
is a lease between LU and Network Rail who retain ultimate freehold
ownership. Maintenance of minor items and fabric is contracted to Taylor
Woodrow with big items retained by Network Rail (as with a normal TOC).
Metronet have some small residual responsibilities for platform / train
interface items (as they did when Silverlink ran the stations).

Willesden Junction is operated by MTR / Laing (LOROL).

I haven't visited but will probably do so on Saturday (event in the
area). My understanding is that the former Silverlink staff are now LU
staff but things like ticketing systems and range of tickets are
unchanged. This, I would guess, is to ensure that London Overground
don't breach National Rail rules re ticket retailing and also to avoid
the London Travelwatch wrath over possible reduction in service levels.
I don't know if the hours of operation of the offices have changed or
not.
