Beat that!

Andromeda Close, Bewbush, near or in Crawley.

And 2.54 ± 0.06 Mly (778 ± 17 kpc) isn't close at all.

Not a railway station! Disqualified!

I'm going to hedge with:

Eden (Park)

Although i'm not sure quite how to measure the distance on that one.

Dunno, but it's west of here.

I didn't notice any change to the line diagrams, and forgot to check
for a Fantasy Piccadilly Line map.

I was in 1973 stock car 225 today. Whilst the line diagrams still
shows the Terminal 4 loop, the tube map between them (above the middle
seats) had a small sticker with Terminal 5 on it showing the new
service pattern that is starting soon. I assume that the line diagrams
will be changed nearer the terminal 5 opening.

The line diagrams will still show the T4 loop anyway as it's not going
away. The only alteration will be the spur line to T5.

And the removal of the one way arrow(s) between T123 and Hatton cross.
This looked to be the reason why only the all line map had the
stickers as the arrow is not obvious on the small scale. The line
diagram would need a whole new section from Hatton Cross (or a sticker
over the loop with the new spur). As there is already a sticky patch
over the Zone 1 section, I would assume that they will replace the
whole lot without having the diagrams doubly patched (if you see what
I mean).

I gather there will be a new line diagram when T5 opens and it will have
information boxes advising customers that T4 trains will call at T123 on
their return journey to central London but their journeys will be
extended by approximately 10 minutes.

The T4 trains will actually display T4 & 123 as a destination;
the T5 trains will show T123 & 5 as a destination.

So for people heading to T123 in a hurry, and the first train is
to T4 & 123, perhaps the best strategy is to board it anyway and
then lean out of the carriage at Hatton Cross to see if the platform

departure indicator (assuming that there is one) shows a T123 & 5
train less than (say) eight minutes behind.

I'm not sure there is a "train describer" (in endearing LU lingo) at
Hatton Cross - but if there isn't one, there needs to be!

There is now - it went in a month or two ago when the signalling
work was being done for T5.

Did Hounslow West get one too? I was surprised on Boxing Day to find no
platform indicators at all there.
