I agree that classifying people by race is the problem rather than the
solution and I wish TfL hadn't done it.

They are not working/training for free. Summer jobs for students
should not be exempt from the law, IMO.

Most office jobs now have a training element and pay at the
subsistence level. So are most jobs "training opportunities"?
