Default The Swiss Centre has been demolished

It has the ugliest hoardings around the site. Is there no law about
hoardings in tourist locations being attractive, and if not, shouldn't there
be? There's a nice hoarding in the A5 by the Marylebone Flyover that looks
like the building which is being put there.. and I suspect the one in
Bayswater Road that looks like a line of giant pencils is better looking
than whatever building they will put there.
