As Mizter T says - providing gates at all of the stations would
probably mean significant construction work, or the loss of additional
access points. It'd probably be cheaper in the short term to have one
RPO manning the exits.


Is that what those readers are for at stations on South West Trains? They
are mainly covered these days, but I have seen a few that are uncovered.
