Default Oyster PAYG on NR - the battle continues... [was: Death of thepaper train ticket...]

On a related note C2C seem to have dropped the idea of extending
Oyster PAYG beyond Greater London, and will instead wait for franchise
renewal, when ITSO will be a requirement.

I wonder what the status is of Chiltern's plans to extend PAYG to High
Wycombe and Aylesbury?
