Yeah, and they'll make such a mess in the **** pile won't they.

People griping about the state Labour are in currently seem to have blotted
out from their memories the complete screw-up the last time Conservatives
were in charge.

The Tories got the job of cleaning up after Old Labour’s carnage.

True, they screwed up over the Euro but that was over and done with
after a couple of years.

Brown’s black hole will take decades to clear up during which time all
the diehard Labour faithful (probably still in opposition) will no
doubt be blaming the nasty Tories just like they blamed Thatcher for
all those years.

One thing this government has finally taught me is that, without fail,
the left seems to be entirely composed of people that never bothered
to study mathematics or, if they did, forgot about them at the first
opportunity.

The Labour party truly has become the home of the BEd and the BSocSc,
from a background in the public sector, and without the first f**king
idea of what a balance sheet so much as looks like.

Oh and there was that little business over our currency falling through the
floor under the Conservatives too. I think that got blamed on "outside
forces" too.

And the personal corruption of so many of the Conservative administration
members puts the business of MPs' wages well into the shade.

The Labour party truly has become the home of the BEd and the BSocSc,

Whereas those who DID know one end of a balance sheet from the other used it
to line their own pockets at the expense of other people's well-being.

I'm not saying Labour is great: I AM saying the Conservatives were
considerably worse.

I don't think the penny has quite yet dropped as to what a f**king
great hole this Labour government, and Brown in particular, has
dropped us into compared to other tits ups.

There’s a whole magnitude of greater incompetence this time that’s
going to make even WW2 seem like the good old days.

Quite. Even the Tories at their worst wouldn't have released a mass murdering
terrorist after 8 years just to gain favour with a corrupt dictator for
some trade. And no , I don't believe the SNP acted alone on this.

But they did allow the terrorist attack which killed his stepdaughter
to be launched from this country.

No one has a good record on Libya, and that patsy's release was just a
sideshow. Presumably the Americans changed their minds when it was
too late.

Yeah , obviously a patsy. All the evidence was faked and the trial was a
showtrial. The conspiracy theorists have spoken so it must be true.

Just because the attack couldn't have been done by 1 man alone doesn't mean he
wasn't involved.

Almost certainly, he wasn't (at least in this case). As a Libyan
intelligence officer, he may well have been involved in other terrorist
attacks, of course.

If you believe Labour would come to some secret deal with the SNP then
you don't know the first thing about Scottish politics.
