Default Wartime Travel

Hi all

I've been asked to see if I can get any information on a train that carried
evacuees from London to Norfolk.

The only information I have is that the train in question left Hackney Downs
Station at approx. 12 Noon on Monday 1st September 1939.

If anyone has photographs, knows what class engine was used to pull the
train, in fact knows anything at all about it, I would be very grateful for
your help.

Many thanks

RayB
