Oyster on National Rail from 2nd Jan

I understood that Oyster was valid on National Rail from today. There is
publicity about it on both TfL and First Capital Connect's websites.
However the Oyster pads on both platforms of New Barnet...

Has anyone had any luck reporting street faults on websites?
