On Woolwich Road between Vanburgh Hill and East Greenwich Library,
there are buses to North Greenwich stopping on both sides, with the
129 travelling eastbound and the 422 travelling westbound.

On Lea Bridge Road between Shernhall Street and the Bakers Arms there
are two routes which go to Leytonstone Station - The W16 travelling
westbound and the W15 travelling eastbound.

Strictly you can also add in the 257 and W19 alongside the W15 going
east. Still hadn't thought of that particular example despite it being
local.

Another examples local to the Walthamstow area

(a) The short stretch of Forest Road between South Countess Road and
Palmerston Road. You have the N73 travelling eastbound and the W11
travelling westbound, both terminating at Walthamstow Central.

(b) The stretch of Blackhorse Lane between Lawrence Avenue and Higham
Hill Road. You have the W15 travelling eastbound and the 158
travelling westbound, both serving Leyton High Road at the junction of
Grove Green Road. (handy for Leyton tube station)
