Very good - worth watching as well as listening!

Rather doubt it gets the Melbourne Metro official seal of approval
though, what with lines such as:
"And while we're at it could we apologise for the general
deterioration in customer service, and increasingly meaningless
rebranding."

And after mentions of other places - "we're living in Melbourne - it
should be better but it's not!".

I did like the last line too.
