Most kerby pavements
In London one of my favourite things is multikerbed pavements. There
is one on Wilton Road, by Victoria Station. That has two kerbs. At the top of Whitehall there is another, outside William's & Glyn's; or, as ye would say, outside The Lord High Queen Moon on the Water on the Mall. The champion is surely ISLINGTON High Street. Near Angel Station, near the Star****'s, there is a sloop of five count em kerbs. As Ripley Wilson would say: I don't believe it or not! |
