Default Where's this tube map from?

http://www.aryjoecreatives.com/walklondon

Produced recently (apparently) to assist walkers during tube strikes,
there are numerous 'funnies'[1], not least of which is the Jubilee Line
extension to Cannon St and still-open Aldwych Station.

On the other hand, it's late enough to have the Jubilee Line extension
to Docklands.

I wonder where they got the base-map upon which they stuck their
timings?

[1] eg Lord's Station (on the Met) and not St Johns Wood.
eg And I'm not sure why Edgware Rd to Paddington (H&C) is only two
minutes compared with 10 mins to Paddington (Circle/Praed St).
