I think they only include journeys that involve a change.

Yes, this map shows the walking equivalents of all central London single
line hops; no doubt you can translate those into approximate cycling
minutes:

Yes, and very clever it is, too, though not always available when on a Tube
train.

I think it's interesting that the Tube is now so busy that TfL is putting
out info that encourages people to walk rather than pay a high price for a
very short journey.
