And, in some cases, the images are automatically computer-scanned for car number plates (ANPR) and known faces. Your time will come: this is one area where Britain leads and the world follows. |

One key thing is you don't have anything like the British tabloid press which delights in keeping the population in a state of panic. Most installed cameras are well behind the state-of-the-art. |
