Default Weekday Travelcard

I want one. I only really use my Travelcard from Monday to Friday,
most weekends I'm either pottering around near home, or I'm out of
London. Bah.

The price of most all-week season tickets tends to be worked out on
the basis of two journeys per day, 5 days per week. The weekend is a
bonus.

Same as all season tickets. Cater for the M-F 9-5 crowd. Travel offpeak and
it's often cheaper to buy day returns. Work 3 or 4 weekdays? Again, cheaper
to buy the returns. Carnets for all journeys - buy 4 get one free or
something - would be much better

Everything above is the personal opinion of the author, and nothing to do
with where he works and all that lovely disclaimery stuff.
Posted in his lunch hour too.
