Default privilege season Ticket

My Privilege Annual Season Ticket has stopped working the gates.

I tried to get it reissued at London Bridge LUL, only to be told they
no longer stock paper season tickets.

On contatcing Oyster, I discover they do not issue Privilege Season
Tickets on Oyster and that LUL should still stock paper tickets for
the various Season Tickets not covered by Oyster.

London Bridge LUL Ticket staff still insist they can not issue Season
Tickets on paper tickets any more!!!!

Anyone any ideas??

Why not try a station that is served by Underground and National Rail
and the ticket office is managed by a TOC? They still sell season tickets
on Oyster and paper.

TOCs AFAIK can't/don't replace or reissue Season Tickets bought through LUL
as they don't have access to the Season ticket record database. The same
would apply vive-versa.

My last priv rate LUL season was issued (by Turnpike Lane) on gold annual
Travelcard stock!

On contatcing Oyster, I discover they do not issue Privilege Season
Tickets on Oyster and that LUL should still stock paper tickets for
the various Season Tickets not covered by Oyster.

Has anyone any idea why this is the case?

Presumably they have run out of paper stock rather than the system not
being able to handle priv rate season tickets any longer. Guess it might be
worth reminding them that help is available at the end of the phone with
all these sort of matters. Failing that, I would advise just go to another
LUL station and see what they have say, they all have access to the same
Season Ticket database.

As my Priv Season is only valid Zone 1 Tube/DLR, it can't be issued at
a National Station.

Thanks for info Phil regarding database. I wasn't aware of this, I
thought I could only get it reissued by the Ticket office that issued
it.

The ticket staff at London Bridge LUL are not all that good. I have
had problems with them before.

From January single zone Travelcards will disappear so in your case you'll
have to get a Zone 1 & 2. You should then be able to get that done through
a NR station.

I tend to have problems with LUL priv season re-issues. The last one was
getting a Zone 1 & 2 extended to cover Zone 3 when I moved. You wouldn't
believe the hassle I had to go through....

Well London Bridge LUL have finally found Season Ticket Blanks,
however, I've yet to find a member of ticket staff who can reissue my
ticket so that the gates can read it. Keeps coming up Code 11...Out of
Date, although the ticket clearly shows on it, that it is in date!!!
On 3rd reissue, will get it reissued again tomorrow!!!!!!!!
