Default Oyster website

Is it me or is the Oystercard website crap? I've just spent ages trying to
log in and check my PAYG details and apply for a refund after last weeks
messed up journey but I keep being told my username/password is wrong. I
apply to have the details sent to my email address but nothing happens.

I go to register my PAYG but keep being told my security answer doesn't
match the question which is weird.

When I go to the help section to complain about this I get told I have to
log in to do this but as I have the wrong username/password so I can't make
a complaint in the first place....

WTF?!?!?!

Nick
