Default Clapham Junction incidents

Nothing running through Clapham Junction this morning - a fatality, and a
suspect package on a train.

Just when I wanted to go shopping in Kingston!

If shops in the Bentall Centre keep closing at the current rate, there
won't be any point in shopping in Kingston.

Didn't realise it was getting that bad, as I haven't been for a while.
I've always thought there should be a faster rail-link to what is one of
the best shopping centres in the area - there's too many stops for my
liking!

Slightly off topic. But . . .

I visited Kingston at the weekend for shopping.
I visit about 4/5 times a year.

I too noticed that there was a lot of shops closed down.
A huge amount in the Bentalls Centre and lots outside too.
And lots having closing down sales (and not the sorts who re-open a
week later)

Whats going on? Are the landlords getting greedy or are people simply
shopping elsewhere?

This morning there was no problem going the Wandsworth Town way.
