Allegedly and wrongly. Some of my chums have done a bit of work recently
on transport arrangements for games at Old Trafford. The bulk of home
support comes from the Manchester area, and an elephant lot of them walk
to the ground. It's the sheer scale of MU support that makes it look as
though the M6 is full of fans on a match day.
