In London, as far as I know, there are only two Undergound stations in
the central area with what we call a toilet (bathrooms in the UK are
where you have a bath or shower), and those are Baker Street and
Farringdon. However, there are often public toilets nearby

There used to be (I haven't checked recently) public toilets in (one of
the passages off) the Oxford Circus Booking Office, and definitely in
the passage beside the Westminster UndergrounD station booking office.

Perhaps these are not regarded as "in the station"?

On some surface stations too (shared with National Rail, but still
predominantly "UndergrounD" stations - eg Rickmansworth).

That map doesn't actually say what it shows, but it appears to show
toilet facilities in *or near* tube stations.

There are some pretty consistent sections of surface line (eg the
Piccadilly south of Rayners Lane) showing a facility at every station.

Maybe these were originally designed into these somewhat traditionally
built railway stations, but I've not travelled on those sections of line
recently.

It's a good job you didn't say "south of Eastcote" or we wouldn't know which
way you meant!
