Default Fog in Northwest London - Britain cut off

This is only actually caused by two bits if engineering work. The Met
and Jub are having their signalling systems untangled and all four
other closures are due to the platform lengthening at Willesden
Junction high level being built over the tracks to the low level
station. London Midland, Southern and Chiltern services are running
through the fog from Harrow and Wembley.
