This doesn't necessarily produce what the OP wanted, though from the
spider map it does look like the 114 and H9 can be used to get to
Northwick Park from either side of the road at South Harrow.


Agreed, it's the converse of what the OP wanted, but relates to Boltar's
comment. I was thinking of the H9 and H19 routes, which both serve
Northwick Park Underground station, at stops on the same side of
Northwick Avenue, whether they're going to or from Harrow bus station.
