So, Northern Line Totteridge to London Bridge, then Thameslink,
provided their trains run early enough (timetable seems not to be
avilable yet).

They are available on their website, see
http://www.thameslink.co.uk/plan_you...metables.shtml for
downloadable PDF files. I also have a paper one, picked up at Blackfriars.

With respect, that only gets the standard timetable. One needs to
start at
http://www.thameslink.co.uk/train_ru...erations.shtml
for engineering work ones and they are not yet there for 17 Oct (or
indeed for the previous weekend)..

I think you'll have to do what my wife and I plus 2 teenage daughters had to
do in similar circumstances and go as late as possible the previous night
and try to sleep on the benches. Its no fun but what's the alternative ?

Baz

Try http://www.thameslink.co.uk/train_ru...e_notice.shtml
instead. It's all there.

Night Buses (N20 from Whetstone to Tottenham Ct Rd, then N24 to
Victoria) and trains to Gatwick?

Might be a little late for night buses.

UM, not of you're on a shop assistant's wage and have twin teenage
daughters. It was bad enough having to go during the school holiday/high
season !!
