DLR - Stratford International construction contract
The contract for the main works from Stratford International to Canning Town
(except for the flyover junctions) has just been awarded to Skanska/Grantrail. http://developments.dlr.co.uk/extens...ails.asp?id=38 Without repeating the arguments about the neccessity of the North Woolwich closure, is there any practical reason why the line couldn't have remained in use for the last 6 months?
