Default Stamford Brook Parking.

Is the car park on the old goods depot at Stamford Brook (LUL station) still
there? Anyone know whether I'd be likely to get a space at about 1230 on a
Friday?

You mean the one under and beside the viaduct? Yes, it is. Access from
Bath Road along Welstead Way. Managed by London Borough of Hounslow.

Quite likely, I should think. It never looks very full when I pass over
it on the District line.

Thanks, it's some years since I last used it and it was almost always
possible to get a space at any time but with the increase in traffic and
changes in patterns related to the congestion zone I had wondered.

Well, that worked! Got there about 1230 and there were only about 6 other
cars in a car park with maybe 40 capacity. 1 pound per hour. It's not
the most salubrious environment (although the surrounding area is rather
nice) and it's very hidden if you don't know it's there. It's on a through
footpath so there is pedestrian traffic through it and when I got back I met
a parking attendant (glad I bought a ticket).
