I'm not at all impressed with LM so far, and it's just one reason why. But then, I'm not impressed with the Go-Ahead Group in general - one of the sloppier of the large groups. 01:28 +0000 (GMT Standard Time) : TUPE doesn't include pensions. Rubbish. http://www.pensionsadvisoryservice.org.uk/Pension_Rights/TUPE/ (and there's also the 1993 Railways Act for a proportion of staff transferring) Dave -- hike - a walking tour or outing, esp. of the self-conscious kind Chambers 20th Century Dictionary |

In the case of the railways though, as EMT explained in their staff briefings (that were available on the www), the TOCs use an umbrella 'Railway Pension Scheme', which has sub divisions per TOC, and the former MML section has just been renamed the East MIdlands section, with former MML employees basically staying in the same section (renamed), and ex CT employees moving sections.
