What "other aspects" distinguish an ambulance on an emergency call from

wild guess
A paramedic leaning out of the window shouting "Get out of the way, you
self-important ****"?

Technically that's incorrect.
The law requires he shouts:
"Get out of the way, you sad, deluded *******"

But your sentiment hits the nail on the head. With hindsight, it probably
would have been a plus if someone had done the same to the self-important
****.

Here's one in East-of-England ambulance livery...

That's the most authentic picture, and I'm sorry you want to quibble
about the difference between silver and white (the alternative being
bright yellow, that some people appear to think all these vehicles
have).

But that's still not what I'd call a 4x4 in "Chelsea Tractor" terms, nor
is it bigger then the vehicle whose picture I posted...

Is the word "AMBULANCE" on the bonnet a clue? Just like, with the VW
Roland posted, the word "PARAMEDIC" would be a clue?

This says "Ambulance" too:

I've not waded through the entire report - I assume there was
independent witness that they were indeed working.

Such assumptions are not necessarily valid. I wonder why the driver
didn't also sound his horns?

Of course, it could conceivably be psychosis - for Roland, anyway, who seems
to determined to throw away whatever respect he'd earned by backing a total
loser.

I'm backing the process that came to certain conclusions. Large numbers
of people much closer to what happened on the day than either you or I,
were involved in that.
