Maybe London Underground could allocate trains to the talented
artists. One other train could be markd out so the taggers could have

I do not like any of the ideas put forward for the forth plinth in Trafalgar
Square. Does that mean Ken should abandon the idea. If the owners of the
train would like it painted it is thier choice.
If you are so adamant to get rid of this nuisance what do you suggest.
