Paula Yates.

Her Dad wasn't on it. Jess?

No, he was too busy "helping" the ladies back in the dressing room.

As I recall, her dad turned out to be Hughie Green.

the south ?

Oddly enough, that's how I remember it but, based on old VHS's and the new
'best of DVD', there was a lot of miming and contemporary pop on there as
well.

Having said that, in it's day it definitely had the 'weekend starts here'
feel about it.

I think bowroaduk was thinking of 'The Word' rather than 'The Tube'

I know that filming was taking place a few months ago, and the last I

If you acquire a digibox, you can see it on Sky Travel.

After writing the "above", The Hughie Green thought had troubled me. But not
Hughie of course. I sincerely hope Bob Danvers Walker had not part to play
in all this!

I know, but they are episodes from the old (series 1&2) and I am
interested in when the new series starts on ITV, because I know they
did some filming earlier in the year.

Okay. They were new to me. I only usually get to watch TV during meal
breaks.
