Its basically another LU buzzword bingo catch all phrase for a buggered up train which could be anything from sized brakes to it becoming gapped and it tells us nothing. Why they can't just say its broken down instead of trying to sound in-the-know when they probably don't have a clue by using a word such as stalled is anyones guess. B2003 |
