Default Secret Tube Trains under London?

There could well be a small passageway between buck house and perhaps
the nearest
tube station however. This sort of thing certainly isn't unheard of.

They'll probably seal it off though, when they hear how much this desirable
facility will increase their council tax in the forthcoming review...

In the past I have speculated that such a passage exists between the
palace grounds and Hyde Park Corner station. It is pure speculation,
based on the proximity (and the fact that no other stations are anywhere
near as close).

Wouldn't such a thing be common knowledge among the maintenance people
who walk the line, or are they well trained in not noticing things.

The railway isn't known for its competence now is it...

It wouldn't come out on the line, but behind some anonymous looking door
deep within the station. It could even be a storage room with another
door at the back, which few people working there enquire about.

Down Street is nearer, and also benefits from not having passengers or
maintenance staff poking about.

Perhaps you'll find that none of them are ever told to walk Down
Street Siding, which is said to continue to Buckingham Palace.

Only the SECRET maintenance people are trained to spot the hidden
doors, of course.

Do you suppose any such passageway would have its own Oyster validator :-)
