Exit 4 Bank Station

This exit (which comes out on the Cornhill side of the Royal Exchange) seems to have been closed for ages now, at least a year I would guess.

Does anyone know what's happening with it?

Northern Line trains terminating at Euston (southbound Bank branch)

Just taken a trip from Euston to London Bridge, and at Euston two
